Hi, I'm Sachi, your teacher and workshop host!

I was raised in a biracial, bicultural, and bilingual family in Canada and have been translating, interpreting, and teaching Japanese for over 15 years.

While working with Japanese language learners, I realized how little support and knowledge they had regarding pronunciation and pitch accent so I developed this workshop to support Japanese language learners - like you! - to improve their overall pronunciation so that they can build confidence, reduce the chances of being misunderstood, sound more like native speakers, and open up more personal and professional opportunities!
